Payment
Currently, we accept Paypal (worldwide) and Amazon Payments. Using the Paypal system, you may pay by using a variety of credit or debit cards, or direct bank draft. Ohio residents will be charged applicable sales tax. Any item not paid for within a reasonable period of time will be re-listed.
Shipping
Typically, all in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days via your choice of either UPS or USPS. But as this is a small original-artist shop, we are sometimes away and will not be able to ship as promptly as normal. If this would be the case, we will attempt to email you with a time estimate to be sure it meets your needs.
International customers, or those requiring expedited shipping, please contact us to make arrangements.
There is also a Local Pickup option (on the check-out page) for those customers who happen to be in the greater Cincinnati area.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our goal is your complete happiness! Contact us with any questions or concerns. We will gladly refund the cost of the item (not including shipping costs) if returned within 7 days of receipt. Store credit or an exchange for another item are also available, as you prefer. The item must be returned in unused condition, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return shipping. We package the items very carefully and hope you would return them using the same care.
You must contact us before returning an item to receive a return authorization.
Returns on custom work are not always possible, due to the specialized or personalized nature of a given piece. However, if we deem an item resale-able, we will accept a return as described above, except a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Custom Orders
Anne enjoys creating custom works, and will gladly accept your custom order. We require a 50% down payment prior to undertaking work, with the remainder due upon completion and prior to shipment. To get started with a custom order, simply contact us so we can discuss your design and other requirements.
Privacy Policy
These terms and conditions hereby include our Privacy Policy, and by accepting these Terms, you agree to our Privacy Policy as well.
Minimum Age of Buyer
You warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.
Limitation of Liability
Now for the fine print that we really hate to have to include! You agree that Anne’s Dreams In Glass (Company’s) entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any product(s) or services(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such product(s) or service(s). Anne’s Dreams In Glass (Company) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or services.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the trademark holders. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the holder. The written content displayed on this website is owned by its respective author and may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, without the express written permission of the author. Product images are the exclusive property of Anne’s Dreams In Glass and may not be reproduced, except in reviews and blogs, without permission. Modification
Company reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on our web site. Your continued use of our site constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and by the laws of the State of Ohio. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Ohio, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except that in actions seeking to enforce any order or any judgment of such federal or state courts located in Ohio, such personal jurisdiction shall be nonexclusive.
